Yes. We supply original Komatsu parts, and every quotation and invoice is issued on that basis.

Send the part number stamped on your old component, or the machine model and serial number. We confirm the match before you pay.

One piece for stock items. For made-to-order production we ask for a minimum quantity per part number.

Stock lines leave within three to seven working days of deposit. Air express then takes three to seven days to the US.

T/T bank transfer. Fifty per cent deposit confirms the order, the balance is due before dispatch. We send bank details on the invoice.

Hold the packing and photograph the unit as received. We will review the fitment and arrange a replacement or credit.

Yes. Many of our customers are independent workshops ordering one or two units at a time.

Yes. We hold stock for up to thirty days and combine shipments to reduce freight cost.
